Site Manager, Partner Community
This role is responsible for managing the web-based partner experience for 3rd party developers building social applications with T-Mobile. T-Mobile enables developers to have access to open software development resources and is delivered wholly through the new devPartner Community Web site. This program aspires to be the best in the industry as measured by developer satisfaction and innovation.
Partners visiting the site are enabled by its content and interactive tools which will result in additional revenue streams for T-Mobile and fresh innovation in the mobile industry.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the life-cycle, content and future direction for a 3rd party hosted site http://developer.t-mobile.com
- Steward the UI to ensure a consistent and predictable online experience.
- Manage web vendor to define and execute new functionality
- Define content, navigation and overall strategy for the experience as it evolves with the program.
- Benchmark competitive developer program sites in the mobile industry to ensure that T-Mobile is best-in-class.
- Create a streamlined and tiered approach to content within the site
- Establish jointly-beneficial relationships with strategic alliances with OEMs, Aggregators, Testing/Certification parties to cross-promote and drive mutual traffic.
- Periodically evaluate the site, contents and style through user research
- Develop a plan for marketing support on the web using traditional and non-traditional approaches.
- Design, develop superior experiences for partner transactions such as 'click-through' agreements and wizard-based web tools.

Requirements |
Position Requirements:
- Experience creating, supporting and managing a world-class partner program or developer web site.
- Show good collaboration skills with experience working on a strong team
- Good understanding of mobile industry
- Experience scaling partner programs and standardizing contracts and agreements
- Possess and 'eye for UI' and understand principles that make a web experience great
- Familiarity with web-based partner programs as well as development tools and processes
Experience:
- *5 years working with developers or a channel in a programmatic role
- *5 years managing business-oriented, multi-transactional web sites
- *3 years experience in project or vendor management
Education and Training:
Bachelor's degree in related field.
